- Before departure we start with rigorous preparation and an assessment of each person’s aspirations and objectives for the course;
- Then the overseas phase (from 6 days to 2 weeks) combines networking with other business leaders to share best practice, with structured, facilitated reflection around values, behaviours, communication, leadership and high performance.
- Finally each person has one to one coaching with a highly experienced executive coach to make sure that their personal development plans are followed up.
