Our Experiences are more memorable and powerful than passive learning where people just sit and listen. That’s why all of our learning and development programmes incorporate some sort of experience.
So what do we mean by Experiences?
Experiences give people the opportunity to experiment; to try out different skills and techniques; and to identify new ways of doing things back at work. They are carefully combined with the appropriate theory, rigour and reflection to ensure that learning is relevant, sustainable and delivers results set against the objectives we have agreed.
