- Before departure we start with rigorous preparation and an assessment of your current performance.
- Then the overseas phase combines an exciting and high pressured experience from 6 days to 2-weeks, with structured learning around values, behaviours, communication, leadership and high performance, all facilitated by an experienced business coach.
- Finally you’ll have one to one coaching to make sure that your learning is followed up, transferred into the workplace and used in a way that will help you achieve your objectives.
